The base is a crisp almond crumble crafted from roasted Italian almonds. It is topped with a chocolate pistachio streusel for contrasting texture, and finished with fresh herbs for a subtle aromatic touch. Made entirely from premium ingredients like organic soy cream, Uji matcha, and Pariani nuts, this dessert balances richness, acidity, and crunch — with no dairy, eggs, or animal products.

Pick-up: Available for collection at The Lobby Lounge of Regent Hong Kong from 12 June - 31 July, 2025 (12:00pm to 9:00pm daily).

Delivery Service: Delivery service is available from 14 June - 31 July, 2025 (12:00noon to 6:00pm). This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability.Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.

This product is made entirely with plant-based ingredients and free from eggs and dairy in the recipe. It also contains gluten-containing cereals, soya and their products.

Please note: The factory also handles crustaceans, fish, peanuts and tree nuts. Some imported ingredients may be processed in facilities that handle animal products.
