DELIVERY
We offer complimentary delivery for all orders of HK$3,000 and above. Delivery hours: 12:00 noon to 6:00pm to be selected upon check out.
Delivery charge per location:
Kowloon: HK$200
Hong Kong Island: HK$250
New Territories: HK$450
Regret that we only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas) at the moment. Should you wish to deliver your order to multiple locations, please place your order separately.
Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email the following business day to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
Please note: The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.

PICKUP - COLLECT AT THE HOTEL
Please allow three working days for order processing. Kindly present your order confirmation email upon order pick up.

If you or the authorized person is unable to share the requested information during order collection, we reserve the right to collect the person’s information for security reason.
Pick-up date and time to be selected when you check out. Festive items, cakes and pastries must be collected on the chosen pick-up date. We reserve the right to forfeit the order if it is not collected on the requested date.
