  1. Orders required be placed at least three (3) days in advance.
  2. Kindly be advised that turkeys are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  3. Please note that the Christmas turkey is prepared with pre-set ingredients, and cannot be modified upon request.
  4. Turkey will be served whole and no apportion carving will be provided.

Delivery and Pickup

Pick-up: Christmas Turkey will be available for collection at The Lobby Lounge of Regent Hong Kong from 10 - 30 December 2026 (12:00pm to 8:00pm daily).

Delivery Service: Delivery service is available from 10 - 30 December 2026 (12:00pm to 6:00pm daily). This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability.Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.

Delivery charge per location:
Kowloon: HK$200
Hong Kong Island: HK$250
New Territories: HK$450
