2. Gift card is valid for one year from the date of card activation.

1. Kindly retain the gift card for presentation upon redemption.
2. Reservations are subject to availability, black-out dates may apply.
3. Gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
4. Gift card is not applicable for online shop, poolside dining, in room dining, banquets or events.
5. Gift card is valid until the expiry date stipulated and must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.
6. Gift card is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
7. Please register your gift card here to check and protect your balance. In case of lost or stolen gift card, please report it via gift card platform to suspend card transaction and contact us for replacement procedures. Gift card with same balance at the time you reported your original missing card will be re-issued for you at no extra cost. Any non-registered gift card is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
8. Any alteration, unauthorised reproduction or reprinting of this card is strictly prohibited.
9. Regent Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any arising disputes from the use of this card.

The gift card is available for collection at Hotel Concierge Desk of Regent Hong Kong from 12:00pm to 9:00pm daily.

Concerning non-registered gift card is not replaceable if lost or stolen, regret that delivery service is not available for Regent Gift Card.
