Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung is introducing a Mimosa Cake made with layers of light sponge cake infused with lemon and vanilla. This treat is filled with Crème Diplomat between the layers and topped with a smooth layer of crème. Traditionally, it is served to celebrate Women's Day (8 March, 2025), when it is customary in Italy to give women a sprig of Mimosa.

Pick-up:Festive items will be available for collection at The Lobby Lounge of Regent Hong Kong from 1 March - 23 March 2025 (12:00pm to 8:00pm daily).Delivery Service: Delivery service is available from 1 March - 23 March 2025 (12:00noon to 6:00pm). This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability.Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above.
