Drawing from her deep connection to nature, Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung has created artisanal pastries in an exuberant display of colours, textures and floral tastes: 

Frida Garden - This exquisite pastry celebrates Kahlo’s vibrant garden at Casa Azul. Layers of elderflower and Japanese strawberry compote and cream are paired with a light mousse and fluffy chiffon cake base. Encased in a rich strawberry chocolate shell, each bite offers a delightful mix of floral and fruity flavours.

Viva La Vida - This colourful pastry embodies joy and resilience, highlighting the delightful combination of guava and lemon. Topped with a shimmering layer of lemon verbena crystal jelly, guava is wrapped in a light lemon yuzu mousse, resting on a soft sponge base.

Me and My Parrots - This plant-inspired pastry captures Frida's playful yet thoughtful side. It features smooth Uji matcha mousse, rich 70% chocolate with floral notes and a crunchy chocolate layer. At the centre of this pastry is a chewy black sugar mochi, providing an extraordinary texture with each bite.

Pick-up: These items will be available for collection at The Lobby Lounge of Regent Hong Kong from 24 March - 8 May 2025 (12:00pm to 8:00pm daily).

Delivery Service: Delivery service is available from 24 March - 8 May 2025 (12:00noon to 6:00pm). This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability.Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
