The festive selection includes:

  • Tonka Cherry – A luxurious treat featuring tonka bean-infused vanilla mousse, paired with griottines cherry compote and rich 70% dark chocolate crèmeux, all resting on an intense chocolate sponge.
  • Pistachio Vanilla – A delightful fusion of pure pistachio mousse and homemade pistachio praline, layered with Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée and set on a soft madeleine sponge.
  • Chestnut Clementine  – A refreshing combination of smooth chestnut mousseline topped with citrus meringue, ivory chocolate cream, and nestled on a chestnut sponge with a hazelnut sable base.

Pickup:

Festive items will be available for collection at The Lobby Lounge of Regent Hong Kong from 10 - 26 December 2024 (12:00pm to 9:00pm daily)..


Delivery Service:

Delivery service is available from 10 - 26 December 2024 (12:00noon to 6:00pm). This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability. Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
