This Christmas, we are excited to present our festive version of the 70% Pure Peruvian Chocolate Cake, topped with snowflakes and Christmas garnishes. The Regent’s pastry team pays tribute to cacao by utilising elements from the entire pod to create a bespoke cake for chocolate lovers. The creamy mousse is crafted with single-origin Peruvian 70% chocolate, while the sponge cake features rich cocoa mass. A crunchy base made from cocoa nibs adds texture, and a jelly topping made from Oabika, a cocoa fruit juice concentrate, introduces fruity and tangy notes. Delicate vanilla crèmeux is layered in to perfectly balance the rich flavors of this indulgent dessert.

Festive items will be available for collection at The Lobby Lounge of Regent Hong Kong from 10 - 26 December 2024 (12:00pm to 9:00pm daily).
Delivery Service:
Delivery service is available from 10 - 26 December 2024 (12:00noon to 6:00pm). This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability. Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
