For our 70% Pure Peruvian Chocolate Cake, the hotel’s pastry team pays tribute to cacao by incorporating elements from the entire pod to create a bespoke cake for chocolate lovers. The creamy mousse is crafted with single-origin Peruvian 70% chocolate; the sponge cake is made with cocoa mass; and the crunchy base is formed with cocoa nibs. Oabika, a cocoa fruit juice concentrate is crafted into a jelly topping, with its nuanced aromatic profile adding fruity and tangy notes. And vanilla cremeux is added to balance the rich taste of this indulgent dessert.

Delivery Service:
Delivery service is available from 12:00noon to 6:00pm. This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability. Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
