Executive Pastry Chef Andy Yeung’s Christmas log cake - Ivory is a creative adaptation of the traditional yule log, crafted with Madagascar vanilla mousse, refreshing kalamansi jelly and coconut chocolate cremeux between rolled layers of yogurt raspberry sponge on a base of yogurt-covered crispy rice puffs.

Description

Allergen Declaration: This product contains cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, soya and their products. The factory also handles crustaceans, fish, peanuts and tree nuts. No additional preservatives, baking soda, rising agents, artificial colours and artificial flavours added.

Pick-up:
Festive items will be available for collection at The Lobby Lounge of Regent Hong Kong from 11-31 December 2023 (12:00pm to 8:00pm daily).
Delivery Service:
Delivery service is available from 11-31 December 2023 (12:00noon to 6:00pm). This service is available for Hong Kong only (except outlying islands, Lantau area and Discovery Bay) and is subject to schedule availability. Complimentary delivery to one address within Hong Kong for orders of HK$3,000 or above. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.
